Ghost
Publish Evoras articles to your Ghost blog using a Custom Integration Admin API key.
Ghost has a built-in integrations panel that lets you generate API keys. Evoras uses the Admin API to create and publish posts — the same API the Ghost editor itself uses.
What you'll need
- Your Ghost site URL (e.g.
https://yourblog.com) - An Admin API key from a Custom Integration
Step 1 — Create a Custom Integration
In Ghost admin, go to Settings → Advanced → Integrations (or your plan may show Settings → Integrations). Click Add custom integration, give it a name like "Evoras," and click Create.
Copy the Admin API key
Ghost generates an Admin API key that looks like yourblog:xyz.... Copy it — you'll need both the URL and this key.
Step 2 — Connect in Evoras
Go to Integrations, click Connect on Ghost, and enter:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Site URL | Your Ghost site root, e.g. https://yourblog.com |
| Admin API key | The key from your Custom Integration (yourblog:xyz...) |
| Publish as | Published (live) or Draft. Default: Published |
What gets published
- Title and the full article body (converted to Ghost's Mobiledoc format)
- Meta description as the post excerpt
- Status: published or draft
- Featured image (if enabled) — the first image is uploaded to your Ghost media library
- Inline images served from Evoras's CDN
