Team members
Invite people to collaborate on a site — assign roles, manage access, and let them work on your subscription without a plan of their own.
Bring people onto a site — a teammate, a client, a contractor — so they can review articles, manage the content plan, and tune settings alongside you. Everyone you invite works on your subscription, so they never need a plan of their own.
Team membership is per site. Someone you add to one site doesn't get access to your other sites unless you invite them there too.
Roles
Every site has one owner (whoever created it) plus the people they invite, each with a role:
| Can… | Owner | Admin | Member |
|---|---|---|---|
| View & edit articles, keywords, and settings | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Connect and manage integrations | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Invite, remove, and change the roles of people | ✓ | ✓ | — |
| Manage billing and delete the site | ✓ | — | — |
In short: members are full collaborators on the content, admins can also manage the team, and the owner keeps billing and the site itself.
Managing your team
Open Settings → Team to see everyone on the site, invite new people, and change or remove existing members.
Invite someone
Enter their email, choose Member or Admin, and click Send invite. They'll get an email with a secure link to join. The invite link is tied to that email address and stays valid for 7 days.
No extra cost. Inviting people is free. Your subscription is priced per site, not per person — collaborators work on the site's existing plan and never start a trial or checkout of their own. See Billing & plans.
Accepting an invitation
When you're invited, you'll get an email with an Accept invitation link. Opening it shows you which site you've been invited to and the role you'll have:
- New to Evoras? Create an account with the email the invite was sent to, and you'll land straight on the site.
- Already have an account? Sign in and accept. The invite is tied to the email it was sent to, so sign in with that address.
You won't be asked to add a payment method or start a trial — you're joining the site owner's plan.
Changing roles and removing people
From Settings → Team, owners and admins can use the menu next to any member to change their role or remove them from the site — they lose access immediately.
Members can leave a site themselves from the same screen. If you're removed from a site (or leave one) and it was the only site you had access to, Evoras takes you back to onboarding to set up a site of your own.
The owner can't be removed. Only the owner can delete a site or manage its billing, and the owner can't be removed or demoted. To hand a site to someone else, contact support@evoras.app.
